WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

Annual Monitoring Network Plan

The Wyoming Air Quality Division (AQD) will submit the Wyoming Ambient Air Monitoring Annual Network Plan 2023 to EPA Region 8 in accordance with 40 CFR 58.10.  The AQD is soliciting comments from the interested public on this network plan. The plan is available for public comment, and the public will be allowed a period of thirty (30) days to submit written comments.  Public comments must be received no later than June 24, 2023.  All comments received by the close of business on June 24, 2023 will be submitted to EPA’s Region 8 along with the plan and will be retained on file in the Cheyenne office.

Notice is hereby given the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, proposes to submit the Wyoming Ambient Monitoring Annual Network Plan 2023 to the EPA.

Second Regular Meeting

May 16th, 2023

The official record of proceedings of the second regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of May was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded and streamed live.

Mayor Williams led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Kent Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.

Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Mayor Williams; Council members Tim Lynch, Jesse Lind, David Welling, Mike Sellers and Jen Hegeman. Evan Perkes was excused.

Staff members present at the start of the meeting were: City Attorney/Prosecutor, Amanda Kirby; City Treasurer, Trudy Lym; City Clerk, Diane Harris; Police Chief, Mike Vranish; Director of Parks and Recreation, Scott Ehlers; Information Technology Coordinator, Preston Sheets; Public Works Director, Gordon Robinson; Director of Engineering and Planning, Dean Barker and Community Development Director, Rocco O’Neill. A group of interested citizens was also present.

Council Comments

Council member Sellers recognized National Police Week, Sunday, May 14 – Saturday, May 20, 2023 and National Nurses Week, Saturday, May 6th – Friday, May 12, 2023. He also commented that the Boys and Girls Club will be having their Annual Dinner this weekend and thanked them for the great job they do.

Council member Hegeman reminded everyone about the National Veteran’s Awareness Ride on May 18th.

Mayor Williams commented that he had spoken to Josh Rasnake of Uinta County Emergency Management. Josh reported that the river is currently running fast, and it will peak in about two weeks. Mayor Williams reminded everyone to be careful.

You are hereby notified that an Application for Summary Distribution of Mineral Interests has been filed in the above-captioned matter in the above-designated Court.  The Application alleges that the above-named decedent died on or about November 11, 2020, in Castle Rock, Douglas County, State of Colorado, and was a resident of Douglas County, Colorado at the time of his death, with an interest in minerals located in Uinta County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

T107N, Range 112W., Section 18, 1-3, NE1/4, NE1/4NW1/4, N1/2SE1/4, 0.75000000% interest;
