Kathy M. Staley April 4, 1950 – May 22, 2024

Kathy M. Staley, aka Rainbow Bright, did her best to live the gypsy lifestyle she always wanted. She always marched to the beat of her own drum. On May 22, her drum marched her away from us so that she could reunite with her mother and father, James and Flossie Arthur; her siblings, Vickie and Rob Arthur; her nephews, Christopher Condos and Larry Pittman; and her first grandson, Michael Bennett.

She leaves behind about 40-ish beloved kittens, seven-ish peacocks and many family members and friends. Oh yeah, also two daughters, Moriah Black and Amber Bennett; grandchildren, Melissa Bennett, Nyke Bennett, Dillon Black, Brooklin Black and Stetson Black; great-grandchildren, Jorjia Bennett, Aspyn Kauffman and Michael Kauffman.

May we beat some drums with her with a celebration of life at the Fort in Fort Bridger, on Saturday, July 13, around 2 p.m. (It’s OK if you are late; she always was).

In lieu of flowers, please adopt a kitten ... or a peacock ... or donate to the Rock Springs Animal Shelter because they are about to get a lot of kittens!
