GRASS VALLEY LIFT STATION PROJECT

The City of Evanston (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Grass Valley Lift Station Project.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming, 82930, until September 12, 2024 at 1:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following work:

  • 1,700 feet of 8”” fused HDPE pipe
  • Valves and miscellaneous fittings
  • Connection to existing structures

Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $315,000.00. The Project is expected to be substantially complete by November 1, 2025.

AIRPORT MASTER PLAN PUBLIC MEETING #2 NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be informed that on Monday, September 9th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing requests pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.

HE 228 A request by Cynthia VanDeMark with SAC Wireless, LLC on behalf of Union Wireless for a Height Exception to allow the antenna height to exceed the maximum height limitation of 35 feet as the principal use of a leased parcel of land located at 410 Overlook Court (Aspen Grove City Water Tank property), Evanston, Wyoming 82930, which is zoned Low Density Residential-Developing (LR-D).  The applicant is proposing to replace an existing 35-foot-tall antenna support structure with a new 80-foot-tall antenna support structure.  The overall height of the structure with antennas is proposed to be 82 feet.  (Sections 24-95.8, 24-33, and 24-35)

CP 229 A request by Cynthia VanDeMark with SAC Wireless, LLC on behalf of Union Wireless for a Conditional Use Permit to amend CP 15-02 which permitted a monopine antenna support structure at 410 Overlook Court (Aspen Grove City Water Tank property), Evanston, Wyoming 82930, which is zoned Low Density Residential-Developing (LR-D).  The applicant is proposing to construct a monopole antenna support structure versus a monopine structure and expand the lease area of Union Wireless’s facility.  (Section 24-42 C.)

First Regular Meeting

August 6th, 2024

The official record of proceedings of the first regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of August was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded.

Council member Perkes led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.

Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Mayor Williams; Council members, Tim Lynch, Jesse Lind, Evan Perkes, Mike Sellers and Jen Hegeman.  Council member Dave Welling was excused.

The City of Evanston (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Grass Valley Lift Station Project.

Owner anticipates that the Project’s total bid price will be approximately $315,000.00. The Project is expected to be substantially complete by November 1, 2025.
