NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to Dave Norris Construction, for the Evanston High School Gymnasium Access Project.

You are hereby notified that Uinta County School District No. 1, 537 10th Street, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Uinta County School District No. 1 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Evanston High School Gymnasium Access Project, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

You are further notified that upon the 27th day of August, 2020, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Uinta County School District No. 1 will pay Dave Norris Contruction. the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Uinta County School District No. 1 prior to said 27th day of August, 2020, same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

PROCLAMATION OF NORTH UINTA COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT

The Board of the North Uinta County Water and Sewer District does hereby certify that the date of the next Director Election is November 3, 2020.

The following offices will be up for election: 3 Directors 4 year terms. Qualifications: Registered Voter, Resident of District, Landowner in District  Candidates may file at Town of Bear River Town Hall, 81 Elk Drive, Bear River, WY, between August 5 and August 25,2020.

The election will be conducted by mail and all qualified electors (registered voters) will receive a ballot in  the mail. Voted ballots must be returned to Bear River Town Hall by 4:00 p.m. on Election Day, November 3, 2020. Voter registration closes October 19, 2020. Voters may register at the Bear River Town Hall or the Uinta County Clerk’s office during regular business hours.

NOTICE OF SALE

The Evanston Housing Authority will be taking written sealed bids regarding the sale of one 2003 Dodge Dakota pickup with 111,970 miles.

The property will be sold, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the bid form, which may be obtained at the Evanston Housing Authority office located at 155 Apache Dr. Evanston, Wyoming, during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday Through Thursday. Bids will only be considered if submitted on the bid form. Separate forms are required to be completed for each vehicle bid. Vehicles may be Started and inspected to verify the condition.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Evanston Housing Authority on the bid forms by 2:00 p.m. on Monday the 27th of July 2020. The sealed bids will be opened at that time and then awarded to the highest and best bidder at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners in the same week, subject to said terms and conditions set forth in the bid form, with the Evanston Housing Authority reserving the right to reject any and all bids for whatever reason.
