PROJECT NOTICE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE
To all persons, corporations or firms who have any claim for work done or for any materials furnished to Dustbusters Enterprise, Inc., 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, WY 82930 for the 2016 Dust Suppression Project located in Uinta County, Wyoming.
Notice is hereby given that Uinta County Commission has accepted as completed, according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between Uinta County, acting through said Commission, and Dustbusters Enterprise, Inc., 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, WY 82930, for the 2016 Dust Suppression Project.
You are further notified that upon May 23, 2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of this Notice, Uinta County Commission will pay to Dustbusters Enterprise, Inc. the full amount due under said Contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with said Uinta County Commission, Wyoming prior to said May 23, 2019, the same shall be waived.
