Bonnie Jeanne Bills Julian Dec. 17, 1944 – April 27, 2024

Through the beauty of adoption, Roland O. Bills and Bernice Ritter Bills gained a daughter on Dec. 17, 1944. She later gained a little brother, Robert Bills.

Bonnie loved to learn — she spent most of her life learning. She even spent a semester as a young woman learning in Paris.

She was married to Michael Green and from that marriage came two amazing sons: Eric M. Julian and Chris B. Julian. They later divorced, and she married W.F. Julian. Together they had a daughter, Rebecca Frame, and a son, SSG David D. Julian. They later divorced.

She spent most of her life in the Ogden area. She loved to help people and worked for many years with her church. She had many hobbies — reading, painting, sewing and crafting. She shared her gift of creativity by making and sending the best handmade cards.

She is survived by her brother, Robert (Sally) Bills; son, Chris Julian; her daughter-in-law, Tara Jonas; daughter-in-law, Tyrel Julian; daughter, Rebecca (Alex) Frame; and daughter-in-law, Erin Julian.

She has six amazing grandchildren who were the light of her life: CJ (Ashley) Julian, Joshua Julian, Mishelle (Dorian) Jones and Elizabeth Julian. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by “adopted” grandsons, Tanner and Tayson Spatig.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sons, SSG David D. Julian and Eric Julian.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

The family would like to extend the warmest and deepest thanks to Rocky Mountain Care. Mom spent the last several years of her life there and she loved the staff, and they loved her.
