The Board of trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, Evanston, Wyoming is requesting proposals for Evanston High School Fire Alarm Replacement and Upgrade.

Bids will be opened March 27th, 2020 at 2:00 pm.  There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through at Evanston High School on March 13th at 9:00 am.   Interested bidders should contact the District for more information.

Request for Proposal to Supply Lawn Care

Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 - 2020-2022

Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 is requesting proposals for lawn care beginning April 15, 2020 and ending April 15, 2022.  Proposals must be submitted by March 26, 2020 addressing the following:

  1. Monthly fee for:
  2. Mowing
  3. Leaf removal
  4. Basic sprinkler system adjustments and maintenance
  5. Fee for winterization of sprinkler system
  6. Fee for fertilizing
  7. Hourly rate for sprinkler system repair
  8. Hourly rate for additional grounds keeping needs such as tree trimming
  9. Documentation of firms ability to accomplish the above activities including
  10. Business License
  11. Insurance
  12. Workman’s Comp

SEALED BIDS for STREET STRIPING (PAINTING) improvements will be received by the City of Evanston at the Department of Public Works, 33 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming; until 10:30 a.m., WEDNESDAY, MARCH 11, 2020, at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.

MATERIALS INCLUDE:    White and Yellow fast drying traffic paint meeting Wyoming Department of Transportation (WyDOT) Specifications.

WORK DESCRIPTION:   1)  Painting crosswalks, stop bars and parking lines.  2)  Painting edge lines and center lines (long lines).

A hard copy requires a payment of $10.00 for each set; non-refundable. RESIDENT PREFERENCE(S): In order to receive a five percent (5%) resident preference, resident contractors and material suppliers must be state certified and receive a certificate of residency.  When obtaining project bid documents, resident contractors and suppliers must   indicate their residency status by providing their residency certification number.  Certified resident suppliers shall submit a list of supplies and materials, specific to the project, which qualify to receive preference along with company contact names and phone numbers.   Contact information from resident suppliers shall be available to resident contractors to use in preparing bids and meeting Wyoming statutory requirements.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject all bids if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the City to do so.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 03/12/2019 executed and delivered by Jack L. Brown and Keli A. Watson to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Jack L. Brown and Keli A. Watson, husband and wife as Tenants by the Entirety (the “Mortgagors”), to  Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and which Mortgage was recorded on 03/13/2019, as Document No. 1066267, Book No. 1077, Page No. 524-542 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and
