NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9th day of December, 2020, Jim Raymond Nagy, Bob Alan Nagy and Cassandra Ann Lerch, filed an Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property seeking an establishment in the name of Jim Raymond Nagy, Bob Alan Nagy and Cassandra Ann Lerch, of the decedent’s right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Uinta County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:

East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E½SE¼) of Section Twenty-Six

(26) in township Eighteen (18) North of Range One Hundred Thirteen (113) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Wyoming, containing 80 acres.

Together with water rights, all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging; and subject to all reservations of record.

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.

If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the applicant will request that the Court enter a decree establishing in them all right, title and interest in and to the above described real property.
