Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 301 incidents between the dates of Monday, Jan. 8, and Sunday, Jan. 28. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, five alarms, 20 ambulance or medical assists, burglary, two forced-entry residential burglaries, three citizen disputes, child abuse or neglect, four controlled substance possessions, paraphernalia possession, domestic violence, three drug interdictions, seven DUIs and seven driving under suspensions.

Other incidents included three fires, five family fights, forgery, three background investigations, three nonsufficient funds checks, obstructing justice, property destruction, a probation/parole violation, non-vandalism property damage, a sex offense, 14 traffic accidents with property damage, two traffic accidents with personal injury, property theft, 15 wanted persons and three welfare checks. 

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 persons between the dates of Jan. 8 and Jan. 28.

Tyler J. Aksztulewicz, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Tabatha M. Beidl, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

William R. Benefiel, of Goshen, Kentucky, was arrested for a drug violation.

Scott M. Clark, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Jeffery K. Gregory, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic assault.

James A. Hart, of Mountain View, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Scott L. Hartley, of Lyman, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Jadine A. Hicks, of Lakewood, Colorado, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, driving while under suspension and speeding. 

Brian R. Holford, of Evanston, was arrested for felony probation revocation.

Christopher D. Kauffman, of Evanston, was arrested on a drug court sanction. 

Barry Ketmany, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Justin D. Kunkle, of Lyman, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear, possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor probation revocation. 

Skippy C. Leonard, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence, battery and criminal entry.

Brandon C. Marise, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension and driving while under the influence. 

Amy L. Mickelsen, of Taylorsville, Utah, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice. 

Akida N. Mickens-Bey, of Denver, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance. 

Mark Mudrow, of West Jordan, Utah, was arrested for failing to appear.

Placide Ndetimal, of West Valley, Utah, was arrested for speeding.

Cody N. Nelson, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for felony probation revocation. 

Keith M. Persavich, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Kelly E. Richardson, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was arrested for domestic battery.

Rylee J. Roberts, of Kemmerer, was arrested on a warrant for failure to report an accident. 

Roger D. Slagowski, of Vernal, Utah, was arrested for failing to appear, attempting to elude capture, interfering with a police officer and an out-of-county warrant. 

Lyndon B. Stratton, of Evanston, was arrested for interfering with a 911 call.

Mark C. Strobel, of Evanston, was arrested for attempts/conspiracy.

Terry L. Taylor, of Clearfield, Utah, was arrested for failing to appear and possessing a controlled substance. 

Dee A. Trimble, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Chet E. Walker, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
