Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Nov. 12 - Dec. 2, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 264 incidents between the dates of Monday, Nov. 12, and Sunday, Dec. 2. Incidents included 13 ambulance or medical assists, 13 animal problems, an alcohol offense, 24 agency assists, a citizen complaint, four citizen assists, two citizen disputes, a civil problem, three controlled substance possessions, domestic violence, two DWUS incidents, four family fights, three fires, fraud, three harassments, two keeping the peace incidents, lost or found property, nine livestock problems, two minors in possession of alcohol, three missing persons, three nonsufficient funds checks, three non-vandalism property damage incidents, three protection order violations, two prisoner transports, three probation/parole violations, a public service program, a rancher contact, a recovered stolen vehicle, two suspicious incidents, four sex offender registrations, a hit and run, seven traffic accidents with property damage, five traffic accidents with personal injury, threatening, property theft, trespassing, vandalism, vehicle theft, nine wanted persons and six welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 10 persons between the dates of Nov. 12 and Dec. 2.
Courtney M. Canham, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
David A. Corning, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.
Britnie D. Fausett, of Mountain View, was arrested on a warrant and for misdemeanor probation revocation.
Juan P. Flores-Pinuelas, of Evanston, was arrested on an immigration hold.
Cary R. Kominsky, of Kemmerer, was arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation.
Kaitlyn E. Leblanc, of Layton, Utah, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.
Lonnie W. Marrs, of Lyman, was arrested for domestic battery.
Elio Saucedo, of Evanston, was arrested for bond revocation.
Melissa J. Saunders, of Lyman, was arrested for interfering with a 911 call.
Ian M. Vail, of Highland Ranch, Colorado, was arrested for speeding.
