Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 180 incidents between the dates of Monday, March 18, and Sunday March 31. Incidents included ten ambulance or medical assists, 12 animal problems, an alcohol offense, 22 agency assists, four citizen disputes, nine citizen assists, a civil problem, two controlled substance possessions, domestic violence, two DUIs, three DWUS incidents, a family problem, two fires, fraud, a livestock problem, lost or found property, two noise problems, a rancher contact, a sex offender registration, a suspicious incident, a hit and run, six traffic accidents with property damage, two traffic accidents with personal injury, threatening, two property thefts, six wanted persons and five welfare checks. 

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 10 persons between the dates of March 18 and March 31. 

Alex Cendejas, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver. 

James E. Gilmore, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence. 

Katherine M. Gracia, of Mountain View, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Timothy J. Harter, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender. 

Tyler J. Johnson, of Huntsville, Utah, was arrested for felony fourth-offense driving while under the influence and possessing a controlled substance. 

Jordan J. Miller, of Lyman, was arrested for attempt/conspiracy and failing to appear. 

Flynn D. Scott, of Randolph, Utah was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation. 

Dylan M. Stump, of Cockeysville, Maryland, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.  

Judd M. Titmus, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence. 

Jothan D. Wilson, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
