Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Jan. 28 - Feb. 3, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 78 incidents between the dates of Monday, Jan. 28, and Sunday, Feb. 3. Incidents included an ambulance or medical assist, two animal problems, five agency assists, six citizen assists, controlled substance possession, domestic violence, two DUIs, DWUS, eluding, harassment, a juvenile problem, two livestock problems, two suspicious incidents, a hit and run, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, a traffic hazard, unsecure premises, four wanted persons, a warrant arrest and three welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested seven persons between the dates of Jan. 28 and Feb. 3.
Chynna Clifford, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Victor M. Mejia, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and possessing a controlled substance.
Randy L. Mueller, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery, aggravated burglary, theft and misdemeanor probation revocation.
Keith M. Persavich, of Rock Springs, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.
Chance Salcedo, of Evanston, was arrested for reckless endangering, attempting to elude and property destruction.
Devin R. Wood, of Evanston, was arrested for bond revocation.
Dominic R. Wuyts, of Lyman, was arrested as a minor in possession of alcohol.
