Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Feb. 25 - March 3, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 108 incidents between the dates of Monday, Feb. 25, and Sunday, March 3. Incidents included an alarm, six ambulance or medical assists, eight animal problems, simple assault, eight agency assists, a citizen complaint, two citizen disputes, eight citizen assists, two controlled substance possessions, a dead body, a DUI, a fire, harassment, lost or found property, three livestock problems, a parking problem, three non-vandalism property damage incidents, a protection order violation, a rancher contact, a suspicious incident, a traffic accident with personal injury, threatening, a traffic offense, two property thefts, six wanted persons and five welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested eight persons between the dates of Feb. 25 and March 3.
Alyshia Boan, of Mountain View, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Harold C. Davis, of Mountain View, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor probation revocation.
Torrie Difiore, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
James A. Fackrell, of Mountain View, was arrested for false imprisonment, domestic battery and violating a protection order.
Teresa G. Luther, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Brandon C. Marise, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.
Billy M. Stanford, of Pinedale, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
Ricardo Trevino, of Casper, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
