Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
April 1-7, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 83 incidents between the dates of Monday, April 1, and Sunday, April 7. Incidents included two alarms, six ambulance or medical assists, four animal problems, six agency assists, three citizen disputes, two citizen assists, two DUIs, three DWUS incidents, three family fights, two fires, a missing person, non-vandalism property damage, a probation/parole violation, a suspicious incident, suicide, a traffic accident with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, threatening, two trespassing incidents, three wanted persons and a welfare check.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 10 persons between the dates of April 1 and April 7.
Austin D. Bellard, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Austin Clift,of Evanston, was arrested for speeding, driving while under suspension, and second or third offense driving while under the influence.
Scott V. Covington, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Matthew T. Dausman, of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
Levi G. King, of Salt Lake City, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
Kendrick L. Layton, of Mountain View was arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation.
Meranda E. Lovato, of Evanston, was arrested for elder abuse and domestic battery.
Michael P. Robinson, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Kylee R. Warnke, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
