Paul Marriott, 66, passed away on Oct. 28, at his home in Evanston. He was born on March 13, 1951, to Joseph Wendell and Norma Ester Marriott, in Logan, Utah, and he was raised in Trenton, Utah.
He married Sherry “Nilson” Marriott on July 1, 1983. He has four children: Sheena Kinghorn, Paul “Cody” Marriott, Cory Marriott and Donovan Marriott. He has 11 beautiful grandchildren.
Paul enlisted in the Army at age 18 and served in the Vietnam War as a door gunner and crew chief on a Huey helicopter.
He and his wife Sherry owned and operated P.W. Marriott Trucking.
Paul was a good man and hard worker. He loved his family very much and really enjoyed being Grandpa.
Graveside services and military honors will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Evanston City Cemetery, 526 County Rd.
