Lerry Holmes Faddis

Lerry Holmes Faddis passed away Saturday, March 19. He was a husband, father, brother, grandfather.

Lerry was born Dec. 30, 1943, in Evanston, to Thomas Hubert and Vyola Faddis. He grew up in and attended schools in Evanston.

He was raised on a ranch. He loved to ride horses and chase cows.

He worked for Union Pacific Railroad. He married his high school sweetheart, Sharon Warner, on Nov. 13, 1963.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sharon; sons, Keith (Jody) Faddis, Weldon Faddis and DeWayne (Terrie) Faddis; daughters, Brenda Faddis VanDeBrake and Shauna (Adam) Campbell;  11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Jerry (Mary Jo) Faddis, Kathleen Martin, Karol Faddis, Shelia Lordi, Anita (Ed) Barnes, Jeanette Faddis, Buster (Peggy) Faddis, Scott (Jeanine) Faddis and Maria (Kyle) Lowham.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister, Annette.

Cremation has taken place. A special thank you to Jamie and Jason of Cowboy Cares for the wonderful care they gave Lerry.
