Jo Lynn was born in Dillon, Montana, to Gerald Fladeland and Kathy Payne. In 1981, she moved to Evanston with her family. She attended school in Evanston and graduated from EHS. In 1995, she moved her young family to Fairfield, California.
She enjoyed doing things with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crafting, cooking and being with friends.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Orville and Minnie Cherney, and by her paternal grandfather Eddie Fladeland,
She is survived by her parents, Kathy and Ronnie Payne of Evanston; her father, Gerald Fladeland of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her paternal grandmother, Alberta Fladeland of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her daughter, Victoria Jacobsen (Eddie Guardado) of Vacaville, California; Alex Sherwood of Fairfield, California; Bradly Sherwood (Sabrina Madrigal) of Fairfield, California; grandchildren, Bradly Jay Sherwood III and Julia Lynn Guardado; her sister, Jennifer DeFord Cook (JJ Cook) of Evanston; her uncle and aunt, Jim and Darla Cherney of Dillon, Montana; and her cousin, Jenny Kober of Dillon, Montana. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, two nieces, many cousins and many friends.
Per her wishes, she has been cremated. A memorial will be held at a later date in California.
