Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 86 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Aug. 10, and Sunday, Aug. 13. Incidents included two alarms, three ambulance or medical assists, 15 animal problems, breaking and entering, four citizen disputes, three citizen assists, one citizen investigative contact, two civil problems, one incident of controlled substance possession, one incident of possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, one incident of domestic violence, six DUIs, two duplicate cases, one DWUS, three family fights, one incident of harassment, one information report, one intoxicated person, two incidents of keeping the peace, one residence or vehicle lockout, one minor in possession of alcohol, two noise problems, one incident of property destruction, one prowler, six suspicious incidents, one hit and run traffic accident, one traffic complaint, two incidents of property theft, one vagrancy, two wanted persons and one welfare check.

The Evanston Police Department arrested 16 persons between the dates of Aug. 10 and Aug. 13.

Patrick Barnum, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of 0.08 percent or greater.

Adonia G. Cariaga, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Carlie R. Carter, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of 0.08 percent or greater.

Justin T. Conley, of Central Point, Oregon, was arrested for purchasing/possessing alcohol under 21 years of age.

Jesse J. Fretter, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Rebecca R. Garcia, of Evanston, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Adam E. Gerrard, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Stephen F. Green, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and for possessing a controlled substance.

Kim L. Griffin, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for public intoxication.

Steven A. Hale, of Mountain View, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of 0.08 percent or greater.

Christopher M. Hernandez, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and for interfering with a peace officer.

Christopher D. Kauffman, of Evanston, was arrested for bond revocation, for domestic battery and for interfering with a police officer.

Ashlie P. Myers, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance.

Shaycie M. Ogden, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and for a misdemeanor probation revocation.

Sean M. Ringenberg, of West Jordan, Utah, was arrested for domestic battery.

Garrett L. Wharff, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs.
