Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 345 incidents between the dates of Thursday, April 12, and Sunday, April 29. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, three assaults, 12 alarms, 24 ambulance or medical assists, 40 animal problems, breaking and entering (Allegiance Circle), a citizen dispute, counterfeit funds, three controlled substance possessions, two paraphernalia possessions, disorderly conduct, two domestic violence incidents, driving under the influence, six driving under suspensions, three family fights, a fire, and fraud.

Other incidents included nine harassments, two intoxicated persons, nine juvenile problems, four keeping the peace incidents, lost or found property, possession of stolen property, a protection order violation, property destruction, a prowler (Hayden Ave.), seven suspicions, a hit and run, three threatening incidents, seven traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, six property thefts, trespassing, unsecure premises, vagrancy, vandalism, five wanted persons, a warrant arrest and 17 welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested 27 persons between the dates of April 12 and April 29. 

Brian E. Aquilar, of Morgan, Utah, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. 

Parker M. Austin, of Evanston, was arrested for felony probation violation and driving while under the influence. 

James A. Biorn, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Tabitha P. Biorn, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Randy L. Carrillo, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Cody D. Clift, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Lance R. Collins, of Kemmerer, was arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and failing to appear.

Justin E. Cook, of Evanston, was arrested for battery.

Breck A. Daniels, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Nikolaos Donald, of Pittsburg, Massachusetts, was arrested for interfering with police and driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Dareisha P. Dotson, of Los Angeles, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance. 

Zachary S. Ellis, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and domestic battery.

Joseph Fadden, of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.

Alan J. Halpin, of Billings, Montana, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Christopher J. Jennings, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and possessing paraphernalia.

James S. Kaura, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for an out-of-county warrant, driving while under suspension and having an open container in a vehicle.

Kandy K. Kissling, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Deidra L. LaRoque, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Robert M. Mandelowitz, of Mountain Home, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Dylan R. Martin, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Hal E. Nicholls, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication.

Jesse M. Perez, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.

Carlos A. Rivas, of Eugene, Oregon, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Juan C. Castillo-Rivas, of Guatemala, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Arjun K. Singh, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Phylecia A. Todd, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia. 

Kara J. Vickrey, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay.
