To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to Wall 2 Wall Commercial Flooring, 240 West 36th Street, Ogden, UT 84405, for the Evanston High School Flooring Replacement Project.

You are hereby notified that Uinta County School District No. 1, 537 10th Street, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Uinta County School District No. 1 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Evanston High School Flooring Replacement Project, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

You are further notified that upon the 29th day of October, 2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Uinta County School District No. 1 will pay Wall 2 Wall Commercial Flooring the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Uinta County School District No. 1 prior to said 29th day of October, 2019, same shall be waived.

NOTICE TO PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS

The City of Evanston, Wyoming is soliciting STATEMENTS OF INTEREST and COST PROPOSALS from professional engineers (Consultants) interested in providing design-bid-build (DBB) services for construction of a new water main replacement on City View Dr.  The project begins approximately at the Haw Patch Dr. intersection running south on City View Dr. and ending approximately at the Del Rio Dr. intersection.  This project will be the second phase to replace the existing water main on City View Dr.  The new main will be installed along the existing main alignment at a min. depth of 6’. 

Consultant selection will be based on qualifications and cost.  A statement of qualification, experience with similar projects and the associated engineering fee will be required from each proposer.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be informed that on Monday, October 7th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing requests pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.

CP 33 A request by Dennis and Stacey Wallace for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory building to exceed 60 percent of the footprint area of the principal building and to allow the total of all accessory buildings to exceed 75 percent of the footprint area of the principal building for property located at 151 Washakie Drive, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Low Density Residential-Established .5 (LR-E.5).  The applicant is proposing to construct a detached garage measuring 36 feet by 62 feet (2,232 square feet).  (Section 24-26 C.)

HE 34 A request by Sean Williams and Crysta Herman for a Height Exception to allow a fence to exceed the maximum height limitation of four feet within the front yard setback area for property located at 1113 Sage Street, Evanston, Wyoming which is zoned Low Density Residential-Established (LR-E).  The applicant is proposing to construct a five-foot tall fence within the 20-foot front yard setback area located along Sage Street.  (Sections 24-22 and 33)

ZC 36   A request by the City of Evanston for a Zone Change from Low Density Residential-Established and Public to Medium Density Residential-Developing for property located north of Saddle Ridge Road between Ortega Court and South Ridge Road, Evanston, Wyoming.  This property includes Lot 202 of the 2nd Amended Southridge Park Subdivision and an abutting triangular shaped un-platted parcel of land to the east.  Subject property totals 4.688 acres in size.  (Section 24-107)

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Spire Storage West LLC to modify the Clear Creek Gas Storage Facility by installing two (2) Caterpillar G3616 engines, two (2) 500 bbl water tanks, one (1) 120.0 MMscfd TEG Dehydration unit equipped with a 1.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler, one (1) 3.83 MMBtu/hr boiler, one (1) dehydration unit flare, one (1) 7.0 MMBtu/hr dehydration unit inlet heater and five (5) 3.0 MMBtu/hr line heaters.   The Clear Creek Storage Facility is located in the NW¼ SW¼ of Section 9, T16N, R119W, approximately twenty-eight (28) miles west of Lyman in Uinta County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F003099 and permit number P0026256 under permits.
