Pool Liner Project

The City of Evanston will accept bids for Pool Liner Project.

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Parks and Recreation Department at Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 until 1:30 p.m., Thursday October 16, 2020 and publicly opened and read aloud.

FUEL STATION PROJECT 2020

SEALED BIDS for construction of a new FUEL STATION will be received by the Department of Public Works until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 8, 2020, at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud.

This project consists of the construction of a new Fuel Station; 8,000-gallon split 4000/4000, 2-hour fire rated tank, with 2-UL listed fuel pumps and 2-remote fuel dispensers. The fuel system must be complete with a fuel management system, Cardlock Vending and have fuel tank level equipment. All labor and materials for the overfill and product piping must be supplied to make the system operational. Overfills must be supplied to ensure that the tank is not overfilled. Vapor recovery piping must be installed for ground level connection as well as the remote tank product piping. All tank venting must be installed as per current International Fire Code.

Each bid submitted shall include a Bid Bond equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, as a Bid Guarantee... Wyoming Statute 15-1-113.

A five  percent (5%) Wyoming resident preference  applies to this bid. Wyoming Statute 16-6-102. The City of Evanston reserves the right to waive any formalities as provided by law or to reject all bids if determined by the Governing Body to be in the best interest of the City.
