There will be a small ceremony at the Evanston Cemetery for Franklin Kent Harris on Sept. 28. There will be a VFW/Marine Military Honor Guard ceremony and dedication of Kent’s grave. It will be at 1 p.m., and we invite anyone who knew Kent to come.
