A woman was transported to Evanston Regional Hospital Tuesday afternoon with serious injuries after crashing into a utility pole near the intersection of Wyoming Highways 414 and 412 in Mountain View. According to scanner traffic, the woman was stuck under the car’s steering wheel. Firefighters had to cut the top off her car in order to remove her safely. Kendra Hughes said on Facebook that the woman is her grandmother and that she’s doing OK, but she was taken to University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City for further treatment.
