Vickie Lynn Vozakis

Vickie Lynn (Morrow) Vozakis passed away on Dec. 27. Vickie was born on May 11, 1948, to William (Bill) and Iris Morrow. She was the oldest of seven children. Vickie grew up in Evanston and graduated from Evanston High School. Following graduation, Vickie worked for the FBI in Washington, D.C. Upon returning to Evanston, she married the love of her life, Paul Vozakis, on Sept. 27, 1969. They had two children, Pauline and Marc.

Vickie loved her family and friends and loved spending time with them. She was known for her chocolate cake and big hugs. She loved to crochet. Vickie loved to watch basketball and was a devoted Utah Jazz fan.

She was devoted to and extremely proud of her children and grandchildren and would brag about them at every opportunity.

She is survived by her mother, Iris Morrow; her children, Pauline (Mike) Jhanda and Marc (Monica) Vozakis; her grandchildren, Alexis and Danielle Jhanda and McCoy and Makae Vozakis; her siblings, Colleen (Mark) Kunz, Wayne (Kim) Morrow, Danny Morrow, Scott (Charlene) Morrow, Donald (Brenda) Morrow, and Jim (Joie) Morrow; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.   

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Vozakis; her father, William (Bill) Morrow; and her sister-in-law, Stephanie Morrow.

Given the current health situation, no services will be held at this time.
