A state of Wyoming veterans service officer from the Wyoming Veterans Commission will conduct community outreach services in Wyoming cities, including Evanston, throughout January.
Lori Crump is available to meet with veterans and their families to discuss state and federal veterans’ benefits, Department of Veterans Affairs claims or VA healthcare. Crump can also help veterans and their families apply for benefits, file claims or request healthcare.
Her office is located at 324 East Washington Ave., in Riverton, and she will also be available at the following locations:
• Evanston: Jan. 11, at the Evanston Human Services Building, 350 City View Dr., Suite 200, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Lander: Jan. 22, at the Lander Senior Center, 205 South 10, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Dubois: Jan. 25, at the High Country Senior Center, 504 Hays, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Jackson: Jan. 26, at the Jackson Workforce Center, 155 West Gill Ave., from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Outreach may be scheduled in Lander, Riverton, Dubois, Jackson, Evanston and all other Fremont, Teton and Uinta county communities by appointment.
During periods of inclement weather, please check with the staff at the outreach locations to ensure the veterans service officer will be available. Call (307) 438-2101 to schedule an appointment.
