Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Sept. 4-10, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 96 incidents between the dates of Monday, Sept. 4, and Sunday, Sept. 10. Incidents included two alarms, 10 ambulance or medical assists, five animal problems, eight agency assists, four citizen disputes, eight citizen assists, a dead body, discharging firearms, domestic violence, drug interdiction, driving while under suspension, emergency detention, an escort, a family fight, a fire, a family problem and fraud
Deputies also responded to a gunshot wound, seven information reports, two intoxicated persons, keep the peace, three lost or found property incidents, two livestock problems, a message delivered, minor in possession of alcohol, a parking problem, non-vandalism property damage, three public service programs, suspicion, a traffic accident with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, traffic enforcement, two property thefts, traffic control, trespassing, vagrancy, vandalism, two wanted persons, and two welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested six persons between the dates of Sept. 4 and Sept. 10.
Nellie S. Blakeman, of Evanston, was arrested for felony probation revocation.
William V. Eastman III, of Woodruff, was arrested for driving while under suspension, failing to have auto insurance, and a registration violation.
Jaren Z. Johnson, of Evanston, was arrested for contempt of court.
Chantale M. Mosely, of Denver, Colorado, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Fredi R. Valle-Lara, of West Valley City, Utah, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and property destruction.
Ricky Walker, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence.
