Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 279 incidents between the dates of Monday, Nov. 6, and Sunday, Nov. 19. Incidents included three alarms, 14 ambulance or medical assists, burglary, breach of peace, four citizen disputes, custodial interference, 25 citizen assists, three controlled substance possessions, a DUI and three family fights.

Deputies also responded to a Fish and Game offense, two fires, 3 fraud incidents, four jail offenses, two juvenile problems, 13 livestock problems, a minor in possession of alcohol, two public service programs, 14 traffic accidents with property damage, seven property thefts, trespassing, 11 wanted persons, and five welfare checks. 

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 12 persons between the dates of Nov. 6 and Nov. 19. One arrest record was a redacted emergency detention.

Lisa A. Anderson, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence. 

Russell A. Donaghy, of Oregon, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and delivering marijuana. 

Patrick T. Yates, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Edward C. Halsten Jr., of Kemmerer, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Ruben J. Martinez, of Lyman, was arrested for forgery/counterfeiting and being a fugitive from justice.

Jonathan A. Olivares, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant.

Sari N. Pope, of Lyman, was arrested for failing to appear, being a fugitive from justice and forgery/counterfeiting.

Troy P. Rains, of Evanston, was arrested on a drug court sanction.

Jason T. Stroh, of Lyman, was arrested for failing to appear.

Mathew J. Titmus, of Lyman, was arrested for failing to appear.

Jessica Vanbree, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear to Third District Court.
