Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
May 22 - June 4, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 218 incidents between the dates of Monday, May 22, and Sunday, June 4. Incidents included bodily assault, eight alarms, four ambulance or medical assists, six animal problems, an alcohol offense, 21 agency assists, burglary (nonresidential), a business security evaluation, a citizen complaint, three citizen disputes, 10 citizen assists, two citizen investigative contacts, a civil problem, a civil process service, controlled substance possession, a dead body, discharging firearms, a domestic incident, three drug tests, a DUI, two incidents of driving under suspension and an escaped inmate.
Incidents also included an escort, three family fights, four fires, five frauds, harassment, 17 information reports, an intoxicated person, two intra-departmental assists, a jail offense, two juvenile problems, three incidents of keeping the peace, two incidents of lost or found property, six livestock problems, a minor in possession, a motorcycle/recreation vehicle problem, a protection order violation, two rancher contacts, three incidents of suspicion, nine traffic accidents with property damage, four traffic complaints, threatening, a tobacco problem, three traffic offenses, four thefts, theft of vehicle parts, four incidents of trespassing, theft of services, unsecure premises, two incidents of vandalism, four wanted persons and seven welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested four persons between the dates of May 22 and June 4.
Lynae Argyle, of Randolph, Utah, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Bradley G. Eyre, of Mountain View, was arrested for battery.
Alexander W. Roberts, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to pay.
Devin R. Wood, of Evanston, was arrested for bond violation and for a felony probation revocation.
