Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
June 25 - July 1, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 117 incidents between the dates of Monday, June 25, and Sunday, July 1. Incidents included an assault, an aggravated assault, nine ambulance or medical assists, five animal problems, 11 agency assists, two citizen assists, a civil problem, domestic violence, four DUIs, two DUS, three escorts, an escape from detention and a fire.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 12 persons between the dates of June 25 and July 1.
Andrea M. Fall, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
David E. Gee, of Mountain View, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance.
Cory T. Hallam, of Robertson, was arrested for failing to appear.
Christopher D. Kauffman, of Evanston, was arrested for 4th offense driving while under the influence, driving while under suspension and a court supervised sanction.
Cary R. Kominsky, of Kemmerer, was arrested for 2nd or 3rd offense driving while under the influence and reckless driving.
Michele L. Latter, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Dylan R. Martin, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for failing to appear.
Chy Mitchell, with no given address, was arrested for battery.
Gary E. Nix, of Mountain View, was arrested for battery.
Jonathan A. Olivares, of Evanston, was arrested for escaping by violence, aggravated assault and battery, robbery and possessing stolen property.
Deborah I. Schuttemeier, of Mountain View, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Kelsey L. Youngberg, of Mountain View, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.
