Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
July 9-15, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 105 incidents between the dates of Monday, July 9, and Sunday, July 15. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, three alarms, five ambulance or medical assists, four animal problems, four agency assists, residential burglary, two citizen disputes, six citizen assists, a civil problem, driving under suspension, a family fight, a fire, fraud, a fireworks incident, a jail offense, a juvenile problem, two keeping the peace incidents, lost or found property, four livestock problems, non-vandalism property damage, a suspicious incident, three traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, four traffic complaints, threatening, two property thefts, unsecure premises, 11 wanted persons and three welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested nine persons between the dates of July 9 and July 15.
Gerardo Herrada Castorena, of Denver, was arrested for failing to appear.
Edward J. Lorenz, of Evanston, was arrested for battery.
Monte S. Minugh, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Michael G. Musser, of Casper, was arrested for theft.
Christopher Parra, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension and failing to carry auto insurance.
Anthony W. Pipkins, of Evanston, was arrested for attempt/conspiracy and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Forrest T. Smith, of Evanston, was arrested for attempt/conspiracy and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Tina J. Spencer, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Phyllis Warner, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
