Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
July 24-30, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 110 incidents between the dates of Monday, July 24, and Sunday, July 30. Incidents included three abandoned vehicles, five alarms, three ambulance or medical assists, an animal problem, five agency assists, breaking and entering, seven citizen assists, two civil problems, domestic violence, a drug test, two DUIs, three fires, fraud, harassment, a juvenile runaway, a minor in possession of alcohol, a missing person, a prowler (County Road 107 in Evanston), a sex offender registration, four suspicious incidents, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic complaint, two thefts, two incidents of trespassing, vandalism, six wanted persons and a welfare check.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested five persons between the dates of July 24 and July 30.
Crystal L. Ball, of Evanston, was arrested for a drug violation.
Chase T. Goodspeed, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to pay.
Austin K. Jarrell, of Evanston, was arrested for wanton destruction of a game animal, for taking wildlife without a license, for wasting game, for violating a commission order and for hunting under the influence.
Christopher J. Jennings, of Evanston, was arrested for delivering marijuana.
Dylan T. Wilber, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
