Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 124 incidents between the dates of Monday, Jan. 29, and Sunday, Feb. 4. Incidents included two alarms, eight ambulance or medical assists, three animal problems, 16 agency assists, two controlled substance possessions, domestic violence, a drug interdiction, a DUI, DWUS, emergency detention, eluding on foot, eluding by motor vehicle, two family fights, a fire two frauds, two juvenile problems, four property destruction incidents, a fatal traffic accident, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, two property thefts, trespassing, vandalism, five wanted persons and three welfare checks.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 11 persons between the dates of Jan. 29 and Feb. 4.

Carl H. Case, of Fruitland, Utah, was arrested for interfering with a police officer and failing to appear.

Tami M. Chandler, of Lyman, was arrested for attempting to elude and speeding.

Lance R. Collins, of Evanston, was arrested for identity theft.

Kylie K. Davis, of Evanston, was arrested for violating a protection order.

Giselle N. Huber, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for conspiracy.

Dylan R. Martin, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Larry J. Moss, of Rock Springs, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.

Stetson L. Pierce, of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.

Spencer C. Pitts, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Garrett B. Scherck, of Evanston, was arrested for interfering with a police officer, possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.

Jeffrey W. Wall, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery.
