Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Feb. 26 - March 11, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 180 incidents between the dates of Monday, Feb. 26, and Sunday, March 11. Incidents included an aggravated assault, breach of peace, criminal entry, two controlled substance possessions, two dead bodies, three DUIs, three minors in possession of alcohol, non-vandalism property damage, two property thefts, a sex offense, 10 wanted persons and a water dispute.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18 persons between the dates of Feb. 26 and March 11.
Courtney M. Canham, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Nelse J. Erickson, of Robertson, was arrested for failing to appear.
Tyler R. Green, of Mountain View, was arrested for minor in possession, driving while under the influence, possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor probation violation.
Andrew B. Kindler, of Evanston, was arrested for intent to furnish to a minor.
Kayla M. Martin, of Cheyenne, was arrested for larceny.
Chad T. Mulloy, of Casper, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.
Joshua P. Smith, of Billings, Montana, was arrested as a fugitive from justice.
Federico F. Torres, of Evanston, was arrested for contempt of court.
Levi T. Trimble, of Evanston, was arrested for driving without an interlocking device.
William D. Brown, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.
Daniel J. Corning, of Seattle, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Leslie K. Ervin, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Shawna C. Grilley, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Sheldon R. Lance, of Mountain View, was arrested for driving while under the influence and minor in possession.
Taryn N. Martin, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.
Noe S. Perez, of Rock Springs, was arrested for on a warrant for failing to appear.
Byron G. Ray, of St. Louis, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in third district court.
Mathew J. Titmus, of Lyman, was arrested for a child support charge.
