Sheriff’s Office incidents
Dec. 18-25, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 100 incidents between the dates of Monday, Dec. 18, and Monday, Dec. 25. Incidents included three alarms, seven ambulance or medical assists, four animal problems, seven agency assists, two citizen disputes, seven citizen assists, a civil problem and two controlled substance uses.
Deputies also responded to two controlled substance possessions, four DUIs, driving under suspension, two escorts, a fire, fraud, 13 information reports, three intradepartmental assists, a juvenile problem, three keep the peace incidents, three livestock problems, littering/pollution, minor in possession, non-vandalism property damage, a prisoner transport, three public service programs, four rancher contacts, three suspicions, a hit and run, two traffic accidents with personal injury, a traffic complaint, two traffic offenses, two property thefts and two wanted persons.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested six persons between the dates of Dec. 18 and Dec. 25.
Jodie L. Baum, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for misdemeanor probation violation, second or third offense driving while under the influence and driving while under suspension.
Jamie L. Cox, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Jesse J. Fretter, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant.
Ryan L. Jones Scott, of Rock Springs, was arrested on a warrant.
Desaree D. Peterson, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Tyler V. Satterthwaite, of Evanston, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and for driving while under the influence.
