Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Aug. 7-13, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 118 incidents between the dates of Monday, Aug. 7, and Sunday, Aug. 13. Incidents included an assault, six ambulance or medical assists, six agency assists, one citizen dispute, child abuse or neglect, four citizen assists, three civil problems, an incident of controlled substance use, three incidents of controlled substance possession, three DUIs, one DWUS, an emergency detention, a family fight, a fire, a jail offense, a missing person, a probation/parole violation, two traffic accidents with property damage, property theft, trespassing, three wanted persons, and two welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested 11 persons between the dates of Aug. 7 and Aug. 13.
Joshua J. Doan, of Mountain View, was arrested for breaching the peace and driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.
Gary R. Eldridge, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Dakota C. Jenkins, of Evanston, was arrested for two counts of failing to appear.
Ashley P. Macy, of Sandy, Utah, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Jeff L. Noorda, of Murray, Utah, was arrested for theft, conspiracy and possessing stimulants/methamphetamine.
Charles O. Taylor III, of Evanston, was arrested for battery.
Shaquel R. Washington, of Davisboro, Georgia, was
Gary Wesler, of Lakewood, Colorado, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Benjamin G. Weston, of Heber City, Utah, was arrested for conspiracy, larceny and possessing a controlled substance.
Two arrests were redacted by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office.
