Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
Nov. 18-24, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 90 incidents between the dates of Monday, Nov. 18, and Sunday, Nov. 24. Incidents included marijuana possession, four controlled substance possessions, two domestic violence incidents, a DUI, a minor in possession of alcohol and three welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested five persons between the dates of Nov. 18 and Nov. 24.
Stan L. Cruth, of Clearmont, was arrested for second or third-offense driving while under the influence and furnishing liquor to a minor.
Gilber A. Delgado Jr., of Evanston, was arrested for breach of peace and aggravated assault and battery.
John A. Russell, of Jacksonville, Florida, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
Torrey R. Watson, of Mountain View, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
Shane M. Wendland, of Fort Bridger, was arrested for breach of peace.
