Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
May 6-12, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 91 incidents between the dates of Monday, May 6, and Sunday, May 12. Incidents included four alarms, four ambulance or medical assists, five animal problems, 11 agency assists, a citizen dispute, three citizen assists, domestic violence, a DUI, three DWUS incidents, a family fight, an intoxicated person, keeping the peace, seven livestock problems, littering, a noise problem, three suspicious incident, stalking, a traffic accident with property damage, a traffic complaint, three traffic offenses, trespassing, a wanted person and two welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested six persons between the dates of May 6 and May 12.
Donelle R. Davis, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for speeding and driving while under suspension.
Christopher H. Dennis, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation and contempt of court.
Randall J. Kukoy, of Evanston, was arrested for violating a protection order.
Ryan R. Maxfield, of Lyman, was arrested for driving while under the influence.
Tommy R. McCullough, of Robertson, was arrested for domestic battery.
Scott D. Whitaker, of Millcreek, Utah, was arrested for speeding and driving while under suspension.
