Uinta County Sheriff’s Office incidents
March 15-21, 2021
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 96 incidents between the dates of Monday, March 15, and Sunday, March 21. Incidents included an ambulance or medical assist, seven animal problems, 10 agency assists, three citizen assists, a civil process service, a DUI, an escort, 20 information reports, four background investigations, a juvenile runaway, two juvenile problems, keeping the peace, lost or found property, two minors in possession of alcohol, property destruction, three prisoner transports, a public service program, a rancher contact, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic offense, property theft, three wanted persons and two welfare checks.
The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested five persons between the dates of March 15 and March 21.
Eldine E. Barker, of Casper, was arrested for bond revocation.
Lance E. Hayes, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.
Marshall L. Mechling, of Green River, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.
Billy J. Warner, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.
Seth L. Wisenbaker, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
