Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 91 incidents between the dates of Monday, Dec. 2, and Sunday, Dec. 8. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, two alarms, five ambulance or medical assists, an animal problem, simple assault, six agency assists, two citizen disputes, a citizen assist, marijuana possession, two DUIs, two DWUS incidents, four escorts, harassment, nine information reports, a background investigation, five jail offenses, a livestock problem, two non-vandalism property damage incidents, two prisoner transports, two public service programs, three rancher contacts, three suspicious incidents, two sex offender registrations, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic hazard, a traffic offense, property theft, five wanted persons and six welfare checks. 

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested eight persons between the dates of Dec. 2 and Dec. 8.

Aaron D. Adams, of Lyman, was arrested for failing to appear.

Stan D. Bluemel, of Lyman, was arrested for second or third offense driving while under the influence, driving while under suspension, possessing a controlled substance, having an open container in a vehicle and misdemeanor probation revocation.

Crystal L. Guseman, of Lusk, was arrested on a warrant. 

Jason G. Montoya, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, driving while under suspension and failing to register as a sex offender. 

Michael G. Musser, of Casper, was arrested for felony probation revocation. 

Cody N. Nelson, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for felony probation revocation. 

Chad J. Tase, of Evanston, was arrested for second or third offense driving while under the influence and driving while under suspension. 

Brenden A. Westbrook, of Casper, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
