Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office responded to 104 incidents between the dates of Monday, Aug. 19, and Sunday, Aug. 25. Incidents included three alarms, four ambulance or medical assists, five animal problems, 15 agency assists, two citizen disputes, two citizen assists, controlled substance possession, domestic violence, two fires, six livestock problems, a parking problem, property destruction, three rancher contacts, three traffic accidents with property damage, vandalism, seven wanted persons and three welfare checks.

The Uinta County Sheriff’s Office arrested nine persons between the dates of Aug. 19 and Aug. 25.

Nichole D. Brown, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Jenny L. Byrd, of West Valley, Utah, was arrested for a bond revocation. 

Jerilyn Case, of Lyman, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Lance R. Collins, of Kemmerer, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation, burglary, theft and possessing stolen property. 

William L. Gross, of Lyman, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation and failing to appear. 

Stacy A. Limb, of Evanston, was arrested for theft. 

Eric R. Miskey, of Monterey, California, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. 

Paige R. Rhinehart, of Evanston, was arrested for a bond revocation. 

Judee M. Tynsky, of Lyman, was arrested for attempt/conspiracy and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
