Thomas Reid “Tom” McCormick passed away Monday, Oct. 19, at his home in Evanston. He was born on July 13, 1965, in Salt Lake City, to Reid and Patricia McCormick.
Tom loved spending time with his family and loved his grandchildren dearly. He enjoyed camping, fishing, scuba diving and being outdoors, when he wasn’t traveling the world.
He was preceded in death by his father Reid McCormick and his mother Patricia McCormick. Tom is survived by his three children, Jared McCormick, Jossie (Zach) Faddis and Jake (Abby) McCormick; his seven grandchildren, Stiles, Baily, Naomi, Izayha, Cinch, Emma, and Patrick; and his brothers, Shay, Sage, Jason, Dustin, and Cody.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Rockpoint Cemetery in Vernal, Utah.
