Thomas Lynn Vaughan, 65, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 4, at his residence.
He was born in Highland Park, Michigan, on July 28, 1952, to John Wesley Vaughan and Margaret Zella Taylor Vaughan. He loved playing the piano, fishing and making people laugh. He was very smart and taught himself how to build and program computers.
He had resided in Evanston the past two years and was preceded in death by his parents.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Hickey Vaughan; his children, Jason Vaughan, Derek Vaughan, Melissa Cascketta, Chris Smith, Henry Tietjen and Richard Tietjen; his stepfather, Jim Ryan; mother-in-law; Jean Hickey and his brother, Dale Vaughan.
