On June 18, Thomas Lee Dunlavey peacefully slipped the bonds of this earth to join the Lord. Tom was born in Buffalo, New York, on Sept. 12, 1943, to E. Milton Dunlavey and Mary Savanna (Colburt) Dunlavey. Olean, New York, was Tom’s hometown his entire childhood.

After graduating from Arch Bishop Walsh High School, Tom attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Tom remained in Milwaukee for the next 22 years working for the mayor, overseeing the Model City Program.

Tom then moved to Prescott, Wisconsin, where he served as a manager for West Coast Solid Waste Management in Hastings, Minnesota, for 10 years.

Tom spent the next 20 years in Evanston trading stocks online, and he was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Due to failing health, Tom moved to Riverside, California, in early 2016 to be close to his family.
