Special Olympic bowlers perform well in Green River

EVANSTON — A press release from Evanston Special Olympics:
Special Olympics bowling traveled to Green River on Saturday to compete in the Area Two Games. Evanston bowlers competed hard and represented EHS very well. 

The following teams came home with fourth-place ribbons: Austin Cook and Colby Fadden, Benny Chamberlin and Max Rettberg, Colter Camphouse and Tayson Spatig. 

Coming home with bronze medals were: Davin Dean and Hagen Faddis, Lexi Hutchinson and Jillian Young, Lakota Whinery and Wade Barker, Elena Stephen and Hannah Fackrell, Tanner Spatig and Caden Fry. 

Coming home with silver medals were: Joseph Beachell and Leah Sowers, Landen Tethal and Mckenna Ivie, Tharyn Barker and Dayton Cates,  Briar Faddis and Remington Cates. 

Coming home with gold medals were: Kenyon Lovato and Joey Young, Katana Albert and Kyra Albert, Byrlie Thomas and Onna Schlosser, and Destiny Rasmussen and Jacee Kohler.  

The team will travel to Casper, October 10-12, for state bowling.
