EVANSTON — Sharon Andersen, 78, passed away at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City on Feb. 28, 2021.

She was born on Aug. 23, 1942 in Kemmerer, Wyoming, to Kenneth Arnell and Coloe Mae Floyd Arnell.

On Dec. 7, 1962, she married Allan Andersen in St. Charles, Idaho. He preceded her in death on April 8, 2008.

They lived in Cokeville, Wyoming, and raised their family. Yhey re survived Danny (Kate) Andersen, Darren (Analia) Andersen, Karla Andersen, Roxanne Andersen, and last but not least Troy (Aubrey) Andersen. Her survivors include brother, Gerald Arnell; and sisters: Nedra Wilcox, Lorna Skinner and Paulette Nelson; and three grandchildren.

Sharon loved her family, cooking, watching grandkids, horses and animals. She adored her dog, Gracie. She enjoyed old-country-music and was always tapping her toe. Sharon loved old-time-movies and golf.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allan; and her parents, Kenneth and Coloe Mae; brother, Royden Arnell, and sister, Leila Shephard.

A viewing was held Wednesday evening March 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston, Wyoming. A graveside service for family and friends was on Thursday, March 4, at 1 p.m. in the Fish Haven Cemetery, Fish Haven, Idaho.
