Sagebrush Theatre’s actors prepare for opening night on Friday, Jan. 25, when they will perform two one-act plays and other entertainment for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment. The year-long anniversary events kick off with an evening of one-act plays and poetry readings at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 25, at the Strand Theatre. Sojourner Truth’s “Ain’t I a Woman” and Maya Angelou’s “Still I Rise” will also be performed at the free event.
