The Evanston, Lyman and Mountain View cross country teams will compete at the state meet on Saturday in Sheridan.
The Red Devils are coming off a first-place finish at the 4A West Regional competition on Oct. 14 in Jackson. Dawson Crofts led the way for the Evanston boys’ team with a second-place finish in 16:04.4. Rock Springs senior Parker Jones won the Race in 16:04.3.
Weston Wiley was third and Tyrell Halladay was seventh to earn all-conference honors for the Red Devils. Bradshaw Haack (18th), and Garrett Berger rounded out the scoring for Evanston at regionals.
The Lady Red Devils finished third at regionals. Brittany Barton (fifth) and Reghan Worley (sixth) were named all-conference.
The Mountain View boys finished third and Lyman was seventh in the 3A West boys regional. Travis Harmon (fourth) and Trenton Wells (eighth) both earned all-conference.
In the girls race, Lyman was fifth and Mountain View was sixth. Lyman senior Kaleigh Douglas placed sixth overall to earn all-conference.
