Local law enforcement is looking for a man who’s been missing for more than two weeks. On Nov. 24, the Evanston Police Department took a report that eight days earlier, on Nov. 16, 28-year-old Trevor Boyd left his job site in Bridger Valley and hasn’t been seen since. A press release from the Evanston Police Department said Boyd’s phone has been turned off.
“Coworkers had been spoken with as well as family friends and known associates by the Evanston Police Department and Uinta County Sheriff’s Office with no leads,” the release reads. “Trevor had reportedly been known to be suicidal in the past.”
The complainant advised EPD that Boyd suffers from mental illness and does not have his medications with him. “Boyd is currently on federal probation and had expressed concerns over getting into trouble,” the release states. “Trevor was last seen wearing a black zip up coat, Levi’s, and white/gray/red DC tennis shoes and a black beanie. Trevor is described as a white male, slender build, 28 years old and approximately 5’7” in height.”
Anyone with information about Boyd’s whereabouts is requested to contact EPD Sgt. Shawn Stahl at 307-783-6400 or 307-679-2063 or Sgt. Brooke Hale with the Uinta County Sheriff’s Office at 307-783-1000 or 307-780-7225.
