MOUNTAIN VIEW — The Rawlins High School boys’ basketball team, the No. 2 team in the Coaches and Media Basketball poll released Dec. 20, claimed a 63-34 win on Friday night against Mountain View.

The Buffalos, who had not played since the Flaming Gorge Tournament on Dec. 16, fell to 2-5 on the season.

But Mountain View is still optimistic about turning its season around. The Buffalos are in a reloading year after returning one player with varsity experience in senior guard Jason Stoddard.

Mountain View is back in action at 7 p.m. today with a conference game against Lyman.

NOTE: Scoring was not available for this game, but could be added at a later date.
