Karolyn passed away in her home in New Mexico on the night of Thursday, Nov. 28.
Karolyn was born in Plentywood, Montana, and grew up in Evanston. She married Lewis Redman and then moved to Oklahoma. They then moved to New Mexico. Karolyn loved to be around kids and animals and will be missed by all.
Karolyn is preceded in passing by her parents, Lyle and Juanita Hansen.
She is survived by her husband Lewis; children Bethany and Mathew; and sisters, Autumn Hansen of Myrtle Creek, Oregon, Deanann K. Pyatt and Angela M. Pyatt of Lafayetta, Indiana, and Jenny Haase of Tacoma, Washington. She is also survived by her brothers Daniel D. (Wesena) Turner of Winslow, Indiana, Randy (Kris) Hansen of Kemmerer, Shawn Hansen and Travis (Debbie) Hansen of Evanston, Tracy Hansen of Denver, and Tyrel Hansen of Evanston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be set at a later date.
